Falco successfully brought the Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) facility in Mexico online in Q2 2025. This facility, equipped with both through-hole and Surface Mount Technology (SMT), significantly enhances our internal electronics manufacturing capabilities. This launch is a critical step in Falco's continuous strategy of vertical integration.

Dual-Facility Manufacturing Expertise

Falco has over 15 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing in the China facility. This proven skill set is now replicated in our Mexican location, ensuring operational redundancy and increasing supply chain resilience.

Synchronized Technology Upgrade

The Mexico launch provided the opportunity to introduce the latest generation of SMT and through-hole technologies. Simultaneously, we initiated a comprehensive upgrade of our existing infrastructure. All equipment in our China facility was upgraded to mirror the deployment in Mexico. This synchronization ensures consistent, high-quality production across both global manufacturing sites.

Advanced Quality Control

The new facility integrates 3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems, representing the very latest technology available for PCBA quality control. Leveraging this advanced 3D inspection capability allows Falco to achieve high precision in consistency and defect detection as our manufacturing volume scales.

This investment strengthens Falco's internal capacity, controlling product quality and securing the supply chain through robust vertical integration.
