Order Entry Site. Customers can view their purchase order status, shipping schedule, ship history, packing slips, and tracking numbers per shipment. Also available is a powerful traceability feature were customers can query the database for shipping activity per purchase order and part number in general or in detail by Date Code.

In addition a sales representative can add new customers, submit sample and quote requests, register design wins, and track the status of samples and quotes.

Hub Site. Falco's warehouses around the world are able to monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and reconcile their existing stock positions instantly. This permits Falco to provide a top of the line local stocking service to our major customers with NO errors in quantities.

Vendor Site. Falco suppliers are able to see purchase orders, MRP, receipt records, and all consignment stock data. Suppliers are able to confirm purchase orders delivery dates through this site.
